Order, Payment and Shipping
How do I place an order for goods?
First, select the products you are interested in in the E – shop and add them to the cart by simply clicking on them. The number of pieces can be set immediately when selecting the product, but also later in the shopping cart itself when closing the order. Once you have everything you need in your cart, you need to fill in the billing and delivery address. Last but not least, it is necessary to choose the method of delivery and payment. When you have managed all this, you will confirm the sending of the order with a simple click.
What delivery and payment options do you offer?
Our company uses for the delivery of goods mainly our contract forwarder. In rare cases, customers decide to pick up the goods in person at our headquarters. For retail orders, delivery is free for orders over € 50. We do not offer cash on delivery, as we prefer payment by credit card through the Stripe payment gateway integrated on our website, or via the PayPal service or payment of an advance invoice to our account for pre-ordering.
Can I track the movement of my order?
Of course you can. After choosing the method of delivery: “courier” and paying for your order, your package will be assigned with a unique code and immediately after the dispatch of the package by our company you will receive an e-mail with a tracking code, which you can use on the website of the shipping company we work with to track your order.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
We usually process orders received by 3:00 pm on the same or next business day, and under the ideal circumstances, the goods with delivery to addresses in Slovakia should be delivered within 48 hours from the order being issued and paid for. In exposed times (eg the Christmas season), courier companies tend to be so busy that the above times may not apply and it may happen that the package will travel to the place of delivery for 1-2 days longer. When ordering to the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Spain, UK and Hungary it is necessary to add another 24 hours to the above mentioned times.
Return of goods
How can I return the purchased goods?
In accordance with our terms and conditions, you can return the purchased goods in undamaged, unused condition and in the original packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
